| 1969 | Was transferred to the Electro-mechanics & Metals Dept. of Ryoden Engineering Co., Ltd., responsible for selling the products of Mitsubishi Corporation in HK. |
| 1973 | Due to his outstanding performance, he was sent to Japan for further training. |
By 1989, Mr.Tsui had been working in Ryoden Engineering Co., Ltd. for totally 26 years. During this period, he was promoted from a general staff to be a senior manager of the Electro-mechanics & Metals Dept. and made great achievements in selling Japanese electro-mechanical products and materials in Hong Kong :
